Une méthodologie pour la réalisation de pièces de grandes dimensions polymères par fabrication additive
Résumé
Additive manufacturing of polymers has benefitted from many advances in recent years. In the case of large parts, many functional demonstrators have been successfully proposed in the fields of transport, high-level sports, etc. However, their production relies on expertise and know-how that have not yet been formalized in their entirety. The work presented in this paper focuses on a methodology for preparing the manufacturing of large components by additive manufacturing. It is based on several indicators that divide the components into eight typical families to which specific manufacturing strategies are associated. The performance of the proposed methodology is evaluated through the manufacturing of several use cases using a 6-axis robot. This knowledge formalization also makes it possible to rely on pre-existing manufacturing approaches, to choose the one that will be most suitable for the intended application.
